RELAXATION AND  DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

I tailor every massage to my client's specific needs. Where you may need deep, focused work in one area, you may also want to have a relaxing experience for the remainder of the session. Enjoy the freedom of advocating for your own masage experience.

30 minute focus area - $70

60 minutes - $110

90 minutes - $145

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Congratulations on your journey to motherhood! Due to the delicate nature of pregnancy, this type of massage requires great care and attention. Typically done in a side-lying or other supported position, this treatment will leave you rested from extra demands a growing baby can place on your body.

ADD ONS

Hot Stones

These muscle-melting basalt stones add a warming touch. Recommended for 60 and 90 minute services.

Massage Cups

A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means of suction, which draws up the underlying tissues. Excellent for breaking up stuck fascia. Recommended for 60 and 90 minute services.

In-home visits

Enjoy a massage in the comfort of your own home! I will supply a massage table and other supplies as needed.

Thai Style Bodywork

I am a Level 1 Thai Style Bodyworker and am able to offer in-home or on-site bodywork. Thai Style bodywork is traditionally done fully clothed on the floor while on a gym mat or blanket. This massage style utilizes compression, pressure points and assisted stretching to give an invigorating and energizing experience.
